We do not use your documents or personal information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the services you have subscribed to.
Documents and credentials you upload are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage environments. Access is restricted to you and CRNA Pilot personnel who require access to deliver your subscribed services. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your records against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
To the extent documents you submit contain or relate to occupational health records, immunization records, or other health-adjacent documentation, those documents are stored in the same secure, access-controlled environment as all other records. CRNA Pilot does not process, share, or use any health-related documentation for any purpose other than organizing and returning it to you as part of your credentialing records.
While we take reasonable and industry-standard precautions, no electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge this inherent limitation when using any cloud-based platform.
CRNA Pilot does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or documents. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
CRNA Pilot's platform is designed for professional credentialing and CE management, not for the storage or transmission of patient health information. The documents we process are professional credentialing records pertaining to you as a healthcare provider, including CE certificates, transcripts, licenses, certifications, immunization records, and occupational health records. These documents necessarily include your personal professional identifiers, which are required for credentialing and cannot be removed.
CRNA Pilot does not process, store, or transmit patient health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. Documents submitted through CRNA Pilot relate solely to your own professional credentials — not to any patient you have treated. You agree not to submit any documents containing patient-identifiable information. CRNA Pilot is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under HIPAA and does not enter into Business Associate Agreements in connection with the services described herein.
Documents containing your own personal health or immunization information submitted for credentialing purposes are stored in the same secure, encrypted, access-controlled environment as all other records and are accessible only to you and authorized CRNA Pilot personnel.
